Is it saft to do money transfer from my bank account at China to buy airline tickets from a traveling agent at Beijing? They told me they can book the ticket for me first and send a copy of the eTicket to my account. But I have to pay them within the same day. Since I have no relatives at Beijing, and I would not bother my friends at Beijing either. I have to make a decision now. The total price is 12850 Chinese Yuan, a lot of money for us.
